Inspection came back great on the house today. Being that the house was built in 2006, I didn't expect much to be wrong with it. But still, I was nervous all weekend about it. Just need to add a ground to the water heater and furnace wires to make them up to code. A few marred shingles here and there (not from hail), and minor stuff that I'll do on my own.
Even better news, the sellers found a new residence so my closing date has been moved up 30 days to the end of June! AWESOME!!!
