Cyclops Power is an email I get from Saris with monthly training tips. Their latest newsletter had an article written by a professional triathlete that discusses some pre and post biking workouts and stretches to help you be better on your bike. While the other videos deal with using bands, this was a good stretching video. I might try this, considering how I never stretch before or after riding or lifting at the gym.
